Flower girl present?
If I were having a flower girl, I would get her a gift certificate to build-a-bear. Eight year olds still like stuffed animals and since you%26#039;re building the wedding of her dreams let her build the stuffed animal of her dreams. You could even pre-purchase a little wedding dress for the finished product to wear.
Reply:both good ideas, maybe a silver locket or necklace with her initial on it, that way she can wear her keepsake? I did that with my flower girl and she still wears it to this day and that was over 6 years ago and she is now 13.
Reply:i got my flower girl a little peuter jewellry box with her name and the date of our wedding engraved on the top.
Reply:Keep it simple - how about a pretty locket?
Reply:I think it depends on your relationship to the flowergirl. When I get married, the flower girl is going to be his 7 year old half-sister, and so I would like to get her something with a sister theme (maybe get us matching pendants/bracelets, etc.), especially since she is an only child in her household, so gaining a sister will be a big deal for her.

I think if you know her pretty well, something that makes her feel really special to you is a nice way to commemorate the day, and if you aren%26#039;t really familiar with her, jewlery she can wear on the day of the wedding is a good idea, because it also helps cover a part of her wardrobe (which I%26#039;m sure her parents will appreciate!).

Best wishes and congrats!!
Reply:I love the star idea - that%26#039;s adorable. How about some cute earrings or inexpensive jewelry for her to wear at the wedding?
Reply:i bought mine a picture frame so she could have what ever picture she wanted from the wedding as well as a bracelet
Reply:I%26#039;m sure that she would love anything that you got her. My flower girl is 8 as well and I got her present back at Christmas when everything was on sale. I got her the Brats Dolls dressed up as a Bride and Groom. Her mom said that she would love it and it%26#039;s probably the cheapest present I%26#039;ll get to buy. Just keep in mind that she%26#039;s 8 when you pick out her present. Good Luck!
Reply:Im getting mine ages 7 and 10 gold Id bracelets.

Well actually my mom bought them but they are from me.
Reply:Hi. Congratulations on your marriage.

When I was married, I gave my flower girl a cute little, inexpensive bracelet and earing set that she was able to wear for the wedding. You may want to try something that she can use for more than just the wedding. That is why I went with the bracelet and earrings. She wears them everywhere. It doesn%26#039;t have to be flashy or expensive. But something that she can wear to dress up or to wear with jeans and a tee shirt. I think you could even go with a cute necklace. Also, while at a gift shop one day, I ran across a snowglobe that played the song %26quot;The Rose%26quot;, which on the inside of the globe had a little %26quot;precious moments%26quot; flower girl holding a basket of petals. It was the cutest thing. You can even have her name etched on the bottom. Things like this can be found at gift shops, eBay and different shops on the internet. Good luck. I%26#039;m sure whatever you pick for her will be great. I%26#039;m sure she%26#039;ll love it.
Reply:Since my wedding is so close to Easter, I made baskets for the younger members of my wedding party. I filled the baskets with suckers, a diary, play make-up, and a pretty compact mirror. The girls in my wedding aren%26#039;t flower girls, but are more like greeters. They are ten and eleven so I wanted to give them gifts that make them feel a little more grown-up.
